Mexi FlatOut Wrap

These were perfection.

1 c. cooked rice, warm
1 c. cooked, shredding chicken (I used leftover rotisserie chicken)
1/2 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 c. onion, minced
1/2 c green pepper, diced
1/4 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 T chili powder
1 t. ground cumin
1/2 t. garlic salt
2 c. shredded cheese
sour cream
Flat out wraps

Saute green pepper and onion with spices. Add to rice and remaining ingredients, except for cheese and sour cream. Sprinkle cheese over wrap, arrange chicken and rice mixture over wrap. Dot sour cream down the middle of the wrap. Fold wrap, grill in panini pan until golden and toasty - flipping halfway through. Enjoy!
